Life changes, relationship difficulties, bereavement, work pressures, trauma and long-held feelings can all leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
Counselling offers a confidential place to explore what is happening, look at things from a different perspective and consider changes that may help.
Sessions last for one hour. The cost per session is £60. Please note: I do not have the facility to accept credit/debit cards, payment is by cash or BACS on a session-by session basis.
Monday to Friday, 10:00am–8:00pm, excluding bank holidays.
Practical, goal-focused support
Life Coaching & Relationship Coaching
For people who want a more proactive approach, coaching can help clarify goals, identify obstacles and create practical steps towards change.
Relationship coaching can also suit couples who want to improve communication or address issues before they become deeply established.
£60 per one-hour session
For counsellors & supervisors
Clinical Supervision
Supportive, professional supervision for established practitioners, students and supervisors, with space to reflect on clinical, ethical and personal issues arising from practice.
Telephone and email support between sessions can also be available where appropriate.
My fee is £60 per hour (£90 per 1½ hours)
